I started martial arts as result of bullying. I had to learn self-defence in order to make sure my schooling journey finished without being filled with anxiety.
I initially started with boxing, then gradually moved to Muay Thai, then Wrestling and brought it all together in MMA.
Mr Wilkes and Mr Mitchell in particular was a huge inspiration for me personally.
The way they lead a team inspires parts of you which you did not know even existed.
